View and Manage Projects

Overview

Explore how to navigate and manage project details in the STAKT application, focusing on key actions like viewing project statuses, accessing detailed financials, and tracking commissions. Discover intuitive ways to handle crucial project information efficiently.

Select Project Status

Use Dropdown Menu

To filter projects by their status, access the project management section. Locate the Project Status dropdown menu, click it, and select the desired status from the options provided.

Filter by Status

After selecting a status from the dropdown menu, observe the filtered project list. Ensure the correct projects display according to the selected status.

View Detailed Project Information

After selecting a project, navigate through the tabs to view detailed project information. Use the Calculations, Data, Tracker, and Payments tabs to explore different aspects of the project. Each tab provides insights into specific areas, helping you manage and review project data comprehensively.

Access Financial Details

Within the detailed project view, Sales STAKT provides a breakdown of sales commission information. Key elements include Calculation Type, PER UNIT, Upfront, Progress, and Final commission figures, leading up to a TOTAL amount.

The Company STAKT section mirrors this structure by detailing the company's commission figures. It highlights the same elements: Calculation Type, PER UNIT, Upfront, Progress, and Final sums, culminating in the TOTAL company commission.

Review Commission Details

Examine Sales Commission

Within the Sales STAKT section, you can review sales commission details. Focus on elements such as Calculation Type, PER UNIT, and TOTAL. These provide insights into how commissions are calculated for a project. Reference the Calculation Type to understand the method used. The PER UNIT section breaks down the commission on a unit basis. Lastly, check the TOTAL section for an aggregated view of the commissions.

Examine Company Commission

In the project view, navigate to the Company STAKT section. Here, you can review the company commission details for the selected project. Various categories like Calculation Type, PER UNIT, and TOTAL are displayed. These sections provide insights into how the commissions are calculated and their respective totals per unit.

To examine the Calculation Type, look into the relevant section for the breakdown of how commissions are derived. This often includes the methods and formulas used to compute the company's earnings from each sale.

In the PER UNIT section, you can find the commission amount allocated per unit sold. It helps to understand the company's earning rate for each product unit.

The TOTAL section summarizes the overall company commissions. It provides the aggregate amount of all commissions earned, giving a comprehensive view of the company's financial gain from the project.

Manage Project Data

View Data Tab

To view project details and associated personnel, navigate to the Data tab. You'll find sections such as Project Details and Comp Plan Details, displaying comprehensive information on the project's specifics and team involved.

Within the Data tab, the Project Details section includes essential information about the project itself. The Comp Plan Details section outlines the compensation plans relevant to the project.

Other sections under the Data tab include Installer, Lead Source, Closer, and Setter, providing detailed profiles of the personnel associated with the project.

Access Personnel Details

In the 'Data' tab, you can view detailed information about personnel involved in a project. Sections such as Installer, Lead Source, Closer, and Setter provide specific details about each role. This tab aids in managing and reviewing the individuals who contributed to the project's success.

Track Commission Payments

Use Tracker Tab

Navigate to the Tracker tab to review commission payments for various payees. In this tab, focus on the Commission Description and Payee Name sections.

Monitor Payee Information

In the Tracker tab, you can monitor payee information through various sections. The Potential section displays the estimated commissions for each payee. The Paid section shows the amount already disbursed. In the Reversal section, you can view any adjustments made to previous payments. The Variance section highlights differences between the estimated and actual payments. Use these sections to keep track of all payee-related data efficiently.

Review Payment Details

Access Payments Tab

To review payment details for installers and payees, navigate to the Payments tab. Focus on sections like Week Ending and Installer Amount. Use the Week Ending field to check the payment period and the Installer Amount field for specific installer payments.

Examine Installer and Payee Details

In the Payments tab, examine the Payee Amount section to see the total payment each payee receives. This section provides a clear overview of individual earnings.

The Payment Type section within the Payments tab outlines the method of payment for each payee. It includes various payment types such as direct deposit or check.

Refresh Calculations

Interact with Refresh Calcs Button

Locate the Refresh Calcs button within the Project Details section. Click this button to update the project calculations, ensuring all data remains current. This action helps maintain accuracy in commission details.
