Overview
Manage the visibility of team members within STAKT to determine who can access commission-related data efficiently. This feature helps manage teams and ensure that only the necessary personnel have the appropriate view privileges.
Adjust Team Member Visibility
Access
To access feature, click People
and then click the View Other People
button.
Select Team Members
Start by clicking the Dropdown
to view a list of names. Select the name of the team member whose details you wish to view.
For quick access, you can use the Search Bar
. This helps you find a specific name without scrolling through the list.
Toggle Visibility Status
To change a team member's visibility status, use the Toggle Switch
next to their name. This element allows you to mark a person as viewable or not viewable. Altering a team's access dynamically updates who can see specific commission data, enhancing control over data sharing within the team.
Adjust Individual Visibility
Use toggle switches next to each name to control individual visibility settings. This offers precise control over who can be viewed without affecting other names.
Use Select All Feature
Select All Members
In the dropdown menu, use the Select All
button to make all names viewable for the chosen user. This action grants broad visibility to the team member, allowing them to see information for all listed individuals. Utilize this feature when you need to provide extensive access quickly without individually toggling each name.
Deselect Specific Members
To reset the visibility status of all names, use the Deselect All
button. This action will mark all names as non-viewable. Next, manually toggle the specific names you want to be viewable using the Toggle
buttons next to each name in the list. This allows fine control over whose details are accessible.
