Navigate the processes of managing personnel records in STAKT by understanding the nuances of both deletion and termination. Learn how these actions affect your organization's handling of personnel data and transactions.
Navigate Personnel Records
Access People Section
To navigate to the People section from the main dashboard, click the People button.
Click Delete & Confirm
Locate and select the person you wish to delete. In the confirmation dialog, you will see two buttons: Confirm Delete and Back.
To proceed with deletion, click Confirm Delete. If you reconsider, click Back to return to the previous screen. Once selected, an error message may be shown if deletion is not possible. If proceeding, you will see a confirmation dialog. Here, click the Confirm Delete button to finalize or cancel the deletion process.
Handle Deletion Errors
After attempting to delete a person from the People section, you might see an error message indicating that deletion is not possible due to existing assignments and transactions.
In this case, click the Back button to return to the previous screen.
Set Personnel Termination
Access
Enter Termination Details
To set a termination date for a person, go to the People section. Use the Dropdown to select the person you want to terminate. Choose a date from the Terminate Date picker. Optionally, you can enter the reason for termination in the Notes textbox. Click the Save button to save these changes.
Manually Adjust Commissions
After setting a termination date, review and manually adjust commissions to prevent overpayments. This step helps maintain payment accuracy for former employees.
Adjust Commission Settings
After setting a termination date, navigate to the Commissions section. Select the Adjust Commissions button. From the dropdown, choose the relevant person.
Update the commission settings as needed. Ensure all adjustments are saved by clicking the Save Adjustments button.
