Create Comp Plans

Overview

Create compensation plans to personalize commission settings and streamline financial management for sales representatives across various industries. Customize details by configuring installers, calculation methods, and payment preferences to ensure accurate and efficient commission processing.

Manage Compensation Plans

View and Edit Plans

Navigate to the Compensation Plan table to access your list of compensation plans. Use the Edit, Del, and Settings buttons to manage your plans effectively. Options to edit, delete, or configure settings for each plan are readily available.

Add Installer and Start Date

To add an installer and start date, use the Edit button. Select an installer from the Installer dropdown, set the start date with the Date Picker, and choose a calculation type using the Redline, Fixed, or Percent radio buttons.

Manage Redlines

View Redlines

After saving the installer and start date, you will see a list of redlines displayed in the Redlines List table. Use the Edit, Del, Import, and Download buttons to manage these redlines.

Edit Redline Values

Access the form to edit redline values by clicking the Edit button in the redlines table. Select a state from the State dropdown. Input the redline value in the Textbox. Click Save to confirm changes.

Configure New Compensation Plan

Add Plan Settings

Add button in the compensation plans section opens the form for adding plan settings. Input payment details in the Textbox fields like Upfront Closer Payment, Setter Payment, and Progress Closer Payment. Use checkboxes for options such as Upfront Setter Payment. Select necessary options and details carefully.

Input Payment Details Correctly

Accurately input payment details to prevent errors in commission calculations. Double-check entries to ensure they are correct and complete.
