Net Price Per Unit vs Gross Revenue

Overview

Understand the distinction between NPPU (Net Price Per Unit) and Gross Revenue as you engage with data entry and project form editing in STAKT. This knowledge is crucial in ensuring accurate financial management of projects.

Calculate NPPU

Enter Financial Data

In the textboxes for Gross Revenue, Finance Fee, Installation Cost, and Adders At Time Of Sale, enter the relevant financial data. These fields are used to calculate the Net Price Per Unit (NPPU).

Fill out each textbox accurately. Gross Revenue is the total amount before any deductions. Finance Fee, Installation Cost, and Adders At Time Of Sale are subtracted from Gross Revenue.

To get the NPPU, subtract the Finance Fee, Installation Cost, and Adders At Time Of Sale from Gross Revenue. Divide the resulting number by the total units for the deal.

Choose Calculation Method

When choosing between Gross Revenue and NPPU, note that entering a value in one will override the other. To calculate NPPU, leave Gross Revenue, Finance Fee, Installation Cost, and Adders At Time Of Sale blank. Conversely, entering a value in Gross Revenue will recalculate NPPU based on the subsequent fields. Be mindful of which field you intend to prioritize.
