Manage Adders

Overview

Discover how to efficiently manage project adders within STAKT by navigating lists, editing details, and configuring settings that streamline the commission process.

Access Project Adder List

Click the Projects Adder List button to see the list of project adders. The initial screen presents navigation options. Select this button to proceed.

View and Manage Adders

On the project adder list, various options are available to manage adders. Use the Add button to include a new adder. To retrieve a list of adders locally, select the Download button. For finding specific adders, use the Search textbox. Modifications can be made by selecting the Edit button next to the desired adder. To remove an adder from the list, click the Del button.

Edit Project Adder Details

Modify Adder Information

To modify details of a project adder, select Edit. Use the Adder Name textbox to update its name. Adjust specifics using Sales Fixed or Company Fixed radio buttons. Click Back to return.

Verify Details Before Saving

Check the adder details to ensure everything is accurate before saving changes. This helps prevent errors in your project data.

Verify Changes

After you finish editing a project adder, carefully review all changes for accuracy. Check each field to ensure details are correct. If you are satisfied, you may proceed with saving your changes. To avoid saving, use the Back button.

Upload Project Adders

Click the Upload Project Adders button to access the upload section. This will navigate you to the area where you can select a file to import, download current data, refresh the table, or manage table data.

Import and Manage Data

In the upload section, you have multiple options to manage data. Start by clicking Select File To Import to choose the file you wish to upload. If the file already exists, you can use the Download button to retrieve the current data.

To ensure the latest data is displayed, click the Refresh button. The table below will update with the most recent information. You can view, edit, or delete entries directly from the table for efficient data management.

View All Projects

Access Project Overview

Click the All Projects button to navigate to the project overview. This action will direct you to a list displaying all projects, where you can add, download, search, edit notes, view commissions, cancel, or delete entries.

Manage Project Entries

Access the project overview by clicking the All Projects button. Here, you can Add a new project entry, Download existing data, Search for specific entries using the Search textbox, or Edit Note on existing projects. You can also View Commissions, Cancel an entry, or Delete a project by selecting the respective buttons.

Configure Project Overrides

Set Overrides and Adders

To configure overrides and adders for a project, use the provided form fields and dropdowns. Select Adder from the dropdown and choose the appropriate type, such as Sales Per Watt or Company Per Watt. Use the Radio Button options to specify the calculation method.

Save Configuration

After configuring overrides and adders, check all settings for accuracy. If everything is correct, save the changes. Should you need to exit without saving, use the Back button to discard modifications.
